Necromancy
Hangman’s Rope: This spell conjures a line of 3 soul fireballs in front of the caster. These fireballs are a foot in diameter each, and hover in place until mentally commanded. Once commanded they become active and travel towards a location and explode upward forming a small foot wide, 4 feet high wall of soul fire. This location can be anywhere within 10 feet of the caster’s location fizzling out if moved further This explosion upwards will cause anything caught in it to be pushed up if it is of light weight and knocked prone while heavier objects are pushed up by the explosion, but not knocked prone. If the fireballs do not explode on their own, their effect will trigger automatically after 3 rotations The explosion upwards damages tin grade objects scales to Iron by Mage. And the range of the balls increases to 20 at mage level.
Isaboe Devlin (Child body): This spell gives false life to the corpse of what used to be Isaboe Devlin. Should the artificial soul in this summon be destroyed, the summon will be as well (not reviving just giving a false soul to a corpse. Myself and the character owner discussed this.) The corpse will function and look as Isaboe devlin did back then, and must stay within 15 feet of the caster desummoning if leaving this radius. This corpse while imbued with magic this way, is The summon is able to conjure soul fire balls from their hands and throw it within 15 of themselves. These soul fire balls are a foot in diameter. The soul fire travels at moderate speeds towards the target. Once the soul fireball gets within 2 feet of a target it explodes, damaging anything tin grade or lower, detonation effects a 5 ft radius. Summon Range scales to 20 feet with Mage. This scales to Iron with Mage. Summon will exist for up to 3 rotations and then must be recast.
Notes: Movement from this summon will become severely limited should it lose it’s legs, attacking will become severely limited should it lose it’s arms, should it lose its head, the summon will be destroyed and must be resummoned
Gravekeeper’s Scarecrow: This spell summons a 5 foot tall scarecrow-like being that can move anywhere/be summoned within 15 feet of the caster and does so at normal human speed. The scarecrow is tin grade toughness itself. The scarecrow is dressed in ragged clothes, and covers most of its face with bandages. Its hands are constantly alight with Soul fire, and uses these to attack. While the soulfire does not have a toughness grade, if it touches an individual it causes the scarecrow to appear far more horrific. The scarecrow’s hands, while not directly doing any damage, will cause creatures that come into contact with the soulfire making them to feel anxious, causing them to gain an aversion to the scarecrow and flee from it. This affects lower rank mages the most, losing effectiveness the higher the rank difference is. Summon range scales to 20 feet at Mage. Toughness grade scales to Iron with Mage.
