Holding the enchantment over multiple rounds without triggering its effects will cost mana continuously Objects that can be enchanted may be up to ten feet in any length of measurement, and not more than 250lbs. The object will be able to slowly burn through tungsten over a post cycle. The enchantment will activate over two post cycles. It will not be able to enchant non biological nonsentient objects, but will be able to enchant magical ones for an extra mana cost and the magicial object must be of lesser rank than this spell. Also, while enchanting magicial objects, he must have physical contact with it regardless of other effects. The object can not be more than tungsten in toughness. The object must not be larger than 10 feet in any length of measurement and not weigh more than 300lbs. The enchantment lasts for 5 post cycles unless forced to otherwise.)

Once active it will increase the perception and reaction speed of the wearer/bearer so, that increases by x4 reaction speed for 2 post cycles, this caps at 5x with racials. This takes 2 post cycles to cooldown. It can not enchant magical constructs or already magical items.)
